When Dorothy Meets the Wicked Witch of ECB ...

A 21-year-old German girl, Josephine Witt, who reminds me of Dorothy of The Wizard of Oz, jumped on top of ECB president Mario Draghi wearing an "ECB Dick-tatorship" during ECB's press conference in Frankfurt on April 15, 2015.
